IRISH BEER

Classic, dark beer for gentle sipping. Delicate, caramel, with notes OF chocolate and a nice velvety finish. This is the longest brewed  beer at the Kormoran Brewery. It delights with its taste unchangeably for many years.

  • 14.5 wt.%, 6.5 vol.
  • Ingredients: Water, light barley malt, dark barley malt, hops

 

1NA100 LITE APA

A beer that, despite the fact that it has a low extract and only 1% alcohol, provides the experience of a real, characterful APA-style beer, perfectly refreshing and provides about 100 kcal in a 500 ml bottle!

Beer parameters:

  • Ingredients: water, barley malts (light and dark), rye malts (light and dark), wheat malt, hops (Citra, Lubelski, Marynka, Sybilla), yeast.
  • Alcohol content: 1% vol.
  • Extract: 6.5 wt.%.

 

1NA100 QUINCE AND HONEY

A beer full of flavor, but containing only 1% alcohol! To complete the composition of the classic 1na100 we added a little honey and quince juice … complete taste: beer with fruity accents, crisp and broken with the sweetness of honey Beer parameters:

  • Ingredients: water, barley malts (light and dark), rye malts (light and dark), wheat malt, natural honey (3%), natural quince juice (2.4%), hops, yeast.
  • Alcohol content: 1% vol.
  • Extract: 8.5 wt.%.

 

RADLER BITTER ORANGE

An inherently mixed mix of beer and real orange juice. Non-alcoholic beer drink! A REAL Radler that is made by mixing beer and real juice – no sugar, no tax on sweeteners!

Beer parameters:

  • Ingredients: beer 50% (water, barley malts, rye malts, wheat malt, hops, yeast), lemonade 50% (water, concentrated orange juice 12%, Himalayan salt) • Alcohol content: less than 0.5% vol

 

KORMORAN AIPA

A beer that, thanks to the use of American hops, will amaze you with its hop aroma reminiscent of pine needles and citrus! A beer that never gets boring!

Beer parameters:

  • Ingredients: water, barley malts; wheat malt; hops: Cascade, Chinook, Citra, Centennial, Mosaic; yeast. Hopped 7 times: for mash, front wort, 4 doses to the brew kettle and cold hopping.
  • Alcohol content: 6.5% vol.
  • Extract: 16 wt.%.

 

KORMORAN WITBIER

Belgian variety of wheat beer. It is brewed with unmalted wheat and orange peel (sweet from Scycily and Coracao) and Indian coriander.

Beer parameters:

  • Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat, wheat malt, oats, spelled, hops, coriander, curacao bitter orange peel, sweet orange peel, yeast.
  • Alcohol content: 4.6% vol.
  • Extract: 12.5 wt.%.

 

OKTAWIAN

Bright, sparkling bottom-fermented beer in which a clean malt profile meets a noble hop bouquet and bitterness – what more could you want! Pils is also an excellent base for presenting the advantages of various less popular hop varieties. Therefore, OKTAWIAN will show us what characterizes Oktawia – Polish hops with an unusual, modern profile, characterized by a light, pleasant aroma of green apples and citrus.
