Raciborskie Classically Brewed

Pale lager, which owes its uniqueness to traditional brewing method.

Raciborskie beer is made from natural ingredients, fermented in open vats, and aged in tanks at low temperature. The beer acquires its special taste qualities and is naturally saturated with carbon dioxide while aging.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, bittering and aroma hops.

Raciborskie Axed

Made by mixing pale lager with darker beer in 1:1 ratio. The result is a combination of features typical for light beers, i.e. notes of pale malt and hop bitterness, with darker notes typical for beers of darker colour. Here we can find traces of caramel, toffee, and the smell of roasted malt.

Ingredients: water, pale and dark barley malt, bittering and aroma hops.

Raciborskie Pils

A bottom-fermentation beer, brewed in accordance with the original recipe from the turn of the 19th and 20th century, created by Master Brewer Kauffman – the brewer of the Castle Brewery in Racibórz. Mashed using the decoction method. The beer has a high level of bitterness and is rich in aromas thanks to the use of high quality hops.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, bittering and aroma hops.

Raciborskie Honey Beer

This is a unique, classic bottom-fermentation beer with natural honey from the family apiary located in the Opole Voivodeship. Honey beer is characterized by a unique balance between honey sweetness and hoppy bitterness.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, natural honey, bittering and aromatic hops.

Raciborskie Ciemne

A dark, bottom-fermented beer whose complex, rich flavor is due to a specially selected blend of light, caramel, toasted and roasted malts.

Light malts are responsible for the “body” of Racioborskie Dark, caramel sweetness and fullness are due to toasted and caramel malts. The color and chocolate-coffee note of the Dark comes from roasted malts. All this makes the dark beer drinkable, perfect for accompanying social meetings, and at the same time not trivial…

Raciborskie American Wheat Lager

Raciborskie American Wheat is a synergistic combination of brewing tradition and beers associated with the beer revolution.

The use of bottom-fermenting yeast (lager) allows to obtain beer with a clean, malty aroma and high drinkability. The used wheat malts (Wheat) give the beer a straw-golden color, abundant foam, good attenuation and a crisp-dry taste. On the other hand, American hops used in this beer (American) give it modern aromas of tropical fruits and subdued bitterness reminiscent of the aroma of pine needles.
