Kajima Poland Sp. z o. o. is part of the global construction company, Kajima Corporation. It is wholly owned by Kajima Europe Design and Construction (Holding) Limited based in the United Kingdom. The company specializes in general contracting of buildings using the latest design and construction technologies. Since the beginning of its presence in Poland, it has completed over 170 facilities ranging in size from 10,000 to 200,000 sqm.
As part of general contracting, Kajima Poland also offers design services (also using the BIM system), preparation of facilities for BREEAM, LEED and WELL certifications, as well as special maintenance of completed facilities as part of the warranty service. The company’s revenues at the end of 2024 amounted to approximately PLN 721.5 million, while the net profit for 2024 was PLN 72.8 million. The company holds, among others, a certificates ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and an EcoVadis certificate for sustainable development. It is a member of the Polish Green Building Council (PLGBC) and a participant of the UNGC (United Nations Global Compact).
